NA-ME Endüstri goes beyond standard FRP grating production with custom manufacturing, fabrication and engineering support that prepares panels for the project dimensions and site detail. The process brings together drawings or site measurements, load and span review, resin/surface/material selection, panel cutting, prepared openings and coordinated fixing and support details. For orders of more than 2,000 m², dimensions outside the standard range and project-specific colour, resin and mesh options can be evaluated. Standard panels are therefore developed into project-ready walkways, platforms or industrial flooring assemblies.
Service Process
Capture the project inputs
Send drawings or site dimensions together with the intended use, clear span, load, quantity, operating environment and required panel details. Each project is considered independently, and the proposed solution is developed from these inputs.
Engineering review and layout
The technical team provides span and load verification or calculations and prepares the panel layout. Material, resin, mesh, colour, surface and chemical-resistance choices are reviewed against the project conditions. Support from design through installation guidance is intended to improve the efficiency and service life of the industrial flooring.
Custom manufacturing and fabrication
For orders of more than 2,000 m², moulded FRP grating can be produced in dimensions outside the standard product range, with project-specific colour, resin and mesh. Panels are cut to the required dimensions, and openings are prepared for pipes, columns and equipment.
Complementary hardware and delivery support
Fixings, pedestals, edge profiles and supporting details are supplied from NA-ME Endüstri production so the system arrives ready for installation. Installation guidance is provided; packaging and shipping documentation are prepared for export projects. Technical infrastructure and long-standing manufacturing experience support precision and customer satisfaction.
