Privacy and Cookie Notice
This notice explains how NA-ME Endüstri Ürünleri Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş. (“NA-ME”, “we”) processes personal data of visitors to our website, people who contact us or request a quotation, representatives and employees of our customers and suppliers, people who interact with our social media accounts and visitors to our facilities. It is provided under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Articles 13 and 14).

Providing your data is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot answer your request or prepare a quotation. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
3. Who receives your data
Only to the extent necessary: the Turkish Revenue Administration and our e-invoicing provider; courts and public authorities where required by law; banks and payment institutions; our accountants, auditors and lawyers; logistics and courier companies; and IT service providers that host and operate our systems.
International transfers. NA-ME is based in Türkiye, so data you send us is processed in Türkiye. Our website is hosted by a service provider in the United Kingdom, in line with Article 9 of the KVKK. If you accept analytics or advertising cookies, data is transferred to Google, Meta and LinkedIn and to the advertising partners listed in the cookie panel, which may process it in the United States and other countries; these transfers are based on your consent and, where applicable, on the providers’ own safeguards such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Messages you send through social media platforms are processed by those platforms under their own privacy terms.

When the period ends, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in our periodic destruction process, carried out at least every six months.
5. Cookies
We use four categories of cookies. Strictly necessary cookies run the website, keep it secure and remember your cookie choice; they do not require consent. Functional (for example embedded YouTube videos), analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising cookies (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) are switched off until you click “Accept” or select the category. The name, provider and duration of each cookie are listed under “Customise” in the cookie panel. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the cookie icon at the bottom of the page; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
6. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you have the right to: access your data and receive information about its processing; have inaccurate data corrected; have your data erased; restrict processing; object to processing based on legitimate interests; receive data you provided to us in a portable format; withdraw consent at any time; be told which third parties received your data and have corrections or erasures notified to them; object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
If you are in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you may also lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority of your country of residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement. In Türkiye, complaints are handled by the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).
7. How to contact us
Send your request in writing to our registered address above, to our KEP address name@hs02.kep.tr signed with a qualified electronic signature, or — if you are outside Türkiye — by e-mail to na-me@na-me.com.tr. Please state your name, contact details and what you are asking for; we may ask you to confirm your identity. We reply free of charge within 30 days.
